2024 Forerunner Internship

September 3rd - November 21st

Forerunner Internship is a 3-month part time commitment to grow in the prayer and the knowledge of Jesus in a night and day prayer and worship environment.

 

requirements:

  • 8-Hour weekly requirement in the prayer room. There are a few hours that are already assigned to you, and then a few that you choose depending on your schedule. The breakdown of your weekly schedule can be found here

  • DNA of HOPS Class: Wednesdays 6-7pm

  • Connect group: Fridays 6-7pm

  • Encounter God Service: Thursdays 7-9pm

Important Dates

  • Orientation- The Orientation Meeting will be Sunday, August 25th, 3:00pm at The House of Prayer Sacramento. We will spend some time going over requirements and expectations as well as giving you lots of information and resources.

Cost

The cost for this internship is $300. You can pay in cash or check (checks can be made out to House of Prayer Sacramento) to Irina, or give online by clicking the button below.

Every application is required to have a pastoral reference which can be found and forwarded below. Please forward this to a pastor or close leader in your life and they can submit it from this website. Once we receive your application, and the pastoral reference, we will review both and contact you.

  • The internship is designed for anyone who walks with Jesus and are willing to commit to the internship requirements.

  • The Forerunner internship equips those who have a desire to ignite their prayer life and cultivate the knowledge of God. If you have a desire to love God with all your heart, we will provide you with the tools that can help you grow in this reality.

  • We strongly encourage Interns to plan their schedule around the internship requirements. However, interns are also given 3 absences if they are not able to fulfill all requirements.

  • The weekly time commitments for the internship are:

    • 10 hours in the prayer room

    • 1-2 hours of class per week

    • Connect group: 1 hour per week

    • Services: 2 hours per week.
